Weight Scale Application
Thunderbird Technical Services, Inc. in cooperation with it's industry partner, Tempac, is promoting their proprietary weight scale application. Using LableView, a Citizen Model 7001, a Mettler-Toledo SW-75 weight scale, and Tempac's proprietary interface, this combination is a must for kitchens, butcher shops, bakeries, delicatessens and anywhere portion control is required and pricing must be calculated and printed based upon weight. Using the interface, Labelview receives weight data from the scale, calculates and prints variable data from the Citizen printer to the label to be affixed to the product. 
In addition, weight information, along with product code, pack date, sell-by date, etc, can be placed in any bar code configuration for scanning. After completion of weighing each item, a pallet label is generated with individual weights, total weight, total number of packages, product name, and lot number.
